1. Build the Price Architecture
- Develop the Pricing Framework for each Category and Sub-brand.
- Build the Value Curve for each customer segment and category.
- Ensure consistency of the pricing structure across product lines.
- Establish the Margin Strategy by Category and by Product Lifecycle.
2. Build the price adjustment framework
- Establish principles for adjusting product prices according to the product lifecycle and market fluctuations.
- Build a price adjustment framework based on the Product Lifecycle.
- Design principles for periodic price adjustments or special/ad-hoc adjustments.
- Analyze the impact of: (1) gold price fluctuations, (2) exchange rate fluctuations, and (3) market fluctuations.
3. Analyze pricing strategy effectiveness
- Conduct Price Elasticity analysis.
- Analyze the trade-off between margin and value perception.
- Analyze price positioning against competitors.
- Evaluate the impact of pricing on revenue, profit margin, and product portfolio performance.
4. Set and adjust product prices
- Perform operational activities related to pricing.
- Set selling prices for new products (new SKU pricing).
- Carry out periodic price adjustments or adjustments based on business requirements.
- Analyze and submit selling prices for approval in accordance with internal procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in Retail / Jewelry / Luxury / Fashion / FMCG or Consumer Goods.
- Able to build Pricing Frameworks and Price Architecture.
- Able to design price ladders and price corridors.
- Strong data analysis skills; able to synthesize insights and build strategic reports.
- Proficient in advanced Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Able to build dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
- Strong logical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
