Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, for a Senior Presales & PM Engineer specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. You will be responsible for managing presales activities, including preparing technical proposals, consulting with clients, and delivering presentations to support the sales team. Additionally, the role involves project management tasks such as planning, scheduling, and overseeing the implementation of ELV solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.
Responsibilities
1. Presales:
- Evaluate and qualify potential business leads.
- Develop comprehensive proposals, tender documents, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Develop Presales & Sales toolkits to empower the business team.
- Present and deliver tailored solutions to address unmet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support Sales in upselling.
- Work closely with the PMO and Engineering Center to ensure the deliverability of proposed solutions.
- Conduct competitor analysis, P&L modeling, and define unique selling points for specific customer contexts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to advise Sales and Operations on new product/service launches.
- Deliver technical training sessions for Sales Consultants.
2. PMO (Project Management Office):
- Perform vendor pre-qualification and manage third-party partnerships.
- Execute projects within contract terms: managing scope, timeline, budget, and resource planning while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Standardize project documentation and apply industry-standard methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2).
- Manage project transitions and handovers to the Operations team.
- Effectively plan and allocate resources under the Service Delivery Center (SDC).
- Coordinate with Presales and Sales to identify upselling opportunities and convert them into revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Presales and Sales, including technical proposal preparation and business development support.
- Strong skills in project planning and execution with a focus on efficiency.
- PMP certification or CSP (Certified Sales Professional) is a significant advantage.
- Expertise in technical consulting to meet complex client needs.
- Solid understanding of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems and IT technologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is preferred.
