Senior Power Platform & Process Automation Specialist

• Company's industry: manufactures and supplies equipment solutions for the retail, logistics and service industries.
• Working location: District 7, HCM City
• Working time: 8:30 am 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday
• Direct report to: VP

ABOUT THIS POSITION

• Design and implementation of new workflows using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Cognitive Service
• Automation of business processes (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, approval flows)
• Integration of third-party services and APIs into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Development of custom Power Apps tailored to business requirements
• Replacement and migration of legacy workflow engines
• Development of global ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and governance concepts for the Power Platform

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years experience in the administration and development of solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
• Understanding of cloud architectures, integration patterns, and automation platforms
• Experience with file server structures is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Curiosity and openness toward new technologies, automation, and AI-driven optimization
• Good written and spoken English skills
• High level of loyalty and a long-term commitment to the company
• Strong sense of ownership with a quality-focused mindset
