Job description
- Monitor and manage reverse logistics KPIs, including Return Compliance Rate, Recycling Rate, Loss Prevention, and other operational metrics.
- Oversee control tower operations to ensure operational stability, identify bottlenecks, and drive measurable improvement actions.
- Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
- Lead data-driven process reviews to improve fulfillment accuracy, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Support operational excellence initiatives, including process optimization, workflow automation, system enhancement, and cost reduction projects.
- Define project scope, timeline, and deliverables; ensure initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards, tracking tools, and data processes to support business operations and decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational standardization.
Job requirements
- 35 years of experience in Operations Excellence, PMO within a fast-paced environment; experience in logistics/e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, n8n, or similar platforms.
- Familiar with project management frameworks, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP) and AI-power tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance planning and hands-on operational execution.
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with the Vietnam e-commerce and logistics landscape is highly preferred.
