Job Description

As a (Senior) Planning & Report Analyst, you will work as part of the CEO Office, supporting the execution of leadership priorities within an assigned business scope. This team will partner closely with leadership teams to help translate strategic direction into clear execution updates, structured reporting, and well-prepared leadership discussions. The role focuses on execution tracking, reporting clarity, and follow-through leadership decisions - ensuring progress is visible; actions are tracked, and cross-functional efforts stay aligned. This position is well-suited for candidates who are comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments and want exposure to enterprise-level execution and decision-making.

What you will do

1. Business Unit Ownership

  • Act as a CEO Office execution partner for an assigned business unit, developing a deep understanding of its business model, strategic priorities, performance metrics, and key challenges;
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for monitoring execution progress and performance within the assigned domain.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Consolidate key business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities;
  • Operate, maintain, and update reports, dashboards that support performance tracking and decision-making;
  • Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and reflect the most up-to-date information across functions;
  • Collaborate with teams to standardize data formats and reporting cadences across the business unit.

3. Executive Meeting Preparation & Support

  • Prepare presentation materials and business updates for leadership meetings, using approved templates, data sources, and formatting standards;
  • Structure content to highlight critical updates, key decisions required, and actionable next steps;
  • Support teams in crafting clear and concise updates that meet executive-level expectations in tone, logic, and clarity.

4. Project Delivery Coordination

  • Maintain a detailed tracker of action items, owners, deadlines, and dependencies across strategic projects;
  • Follow up on leadership decisions and ensure timely execution with clear ownership and accountability;
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to enable transparency, alignment, and continuity across meetings and workstreams.

5. Cross-team Coordination

  • Liaise with stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and other functions to gather timely updates and flag potential misalignments;
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across departments to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with strategic goals.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or related field;
  • 24 years of experience in business analysis, operations, project coordination, or related roles. Prior experience in product management, project management, consulting, or strategic planning is a strong advantage;
  • Proven ability to manage execution with a high level of attention to detail, including tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring follow-through;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex information and work with data to support performance tracking and reporting;
  • Solid understanding of business metrics, execution of workflows, and cross-functional collaboration;
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor business performance;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a clear, structured, and leadership-ready format.

Expanded Scope (Nice-to-Have)

  • Contribute to the setup and periodic review of OKRs/KPIs to strengthen strategic alignment and performance visibility;
  • Support monitoring of cross-functional execution and help identify emerging risks, delays, or capacity gaps;
  • Provide input on resource allocation, workload distribution, or role clarity during planning discussions or strategic reviews.
