About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Planning Executive to deliver integrated media plans across multiple campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in campaign delivery. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing day-to-day delivery, coordinating across teams, and delivering work to a high standard, we'd love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development of media strategies, channel recommendations and media plans
  • Evaluate media proposals, rates, and value-added opportunities, providing recommendations to support planning and buying decisions
  • Coordinate end-to-end bookings across traditional and digital channels, liaising with media owners, regional hubs, and internal teams to ensure alignment and maintain delivery quality
  • Handle copy instructions and material specifications, and coordinate material submissions
  • Engage with clients on day-to-day operational matters to support smooth campaign delivery
  • Conduct competitive analysis and media landscape reviews, translating observations into planning considerations and team learnings
  • Prepare and interpret campaign and post-campaign reports, identifying key insights and recommendations to inform future planning

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in a media or digital agency
  • An ability to manage and deliver campaigns independently, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience coordinating across internal teams and external partners
  • Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to keep up with industry developments
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight timelines
