Job Responsibilities:
- Take full Physical design flow/ APR flow/ IC backend flow from Netlist to GDS include floor-planning, placement, CTS, routing, STA and PV.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields.
- Good team player with can-do attitude, willing to learn and possessing positive mindset.
- Extensive experience in optimizing designs for performance, area, and power efficiency.
- Good comprehension in English documents.
- Able to communicate technical issues and solutions clearly with teams and clients.
- Three or more years of work experience.
- Having experience handling designs larger than 4M is a plus.
