What You'll Do
- Writing and maintaining PHP code for pages, templates, and components.
- Monitoring CMS and website health, performance, and integrations
- Building and updating landing pages for campaigns and new properties
- Managing content and configuration within the Craft CMS
- Translating marketing requirements into technical solutions Supporting ongoing website and CMS migrations, currently having 5 website, will need to centralize in 1 website
- The agency will lead the strategy, the role is more focus on execution Testing and maintaining integrations with booking engine, CRM, and telephony platforms
- Troubleshooting bugs, broken pages, or system issues Coordinating with agencies during build phases and owning changes post‑handover
- Collaborating with IT and digital teams on platform improvements
Key Criteria
- At least 7–10+ years of hands-on experience as a PHP Developer, with strong experience writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PHP code for CMS-driven websites, pages, templates, reusable components, and backend logic.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as: Craft CMS, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Statamic, OctoberCMS, or similar, with the ability to manage templates, fields, content blocks, plugins/modules, and CMS configuration.
- Good understanding of CMS website architecture, including content models, page structures, navigation, asset management, forms, publishing workflows, and user permissions.
- Experience building and updating landing pages, campaign pages, property pages, and marketing-led web content using PHP, CMS templates, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to translate marketing and digital requirements into practical technical solutions, including page updates, layout changes, CMS configuration, form setup, tracking scripts, and integration adjustments.
- Experience supporting website/CMS migration or multi-site consolidation projects, ideally centralizing multiple websites into one CMS platform while coordinating with external agencies during build and handover phases.
- Familiar with testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting website integrations with HubSpot CRM, Genesis or other telephony platforms, Avon Hospitality or other IBE/booking engines, Google/Meta tracking tools, analytics tags, and external APIs.
Work Set Up
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm). First two days full time in the office, then only required to come into the office the second Wednesday of every month
