PATI Group is entering a phase of hyper-growth with a goal of 20x our revenue within the next 12 months acrossinternational markets (US/EU/AU).We are not looking for typical media buyers. We are searching forMarketing Expertswitha logic-driven and data-driven mindset, who canmaster technologyandmanage large-scale budgetsto directly architect this growth.
At PATI, you will work in an AI-First environment (comprehensive AI integration), with full autonomy over your budget and direct accountability for business outcomes.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
You will hold a pivotal role inoperating the Marketing Performancesystem:
- Scale Up (Budget Operation):Directly plan and optimize advertising budgets of $50,000+/month on Meta and TikTok platforms. You hold final accountability for performance metrics (ROAS) and Net Profit.
- System Integrity (Tracking Management):Ensure data infrastructure (Pixel, CAPI, GA4) operates with 99% accuracy. Ruthlessly resolve policy issues, handle account appeals, and maintain continuous system uptime.
- Data Analysis:Utilize logical thinking to analyze Cohort metrics, LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), and CAC. Identify Winning Pockets to make budget scaling decisions based on real-time data.
- Mentorship:Guide, technical review, and train junior personnel (Fresher/Junior) to multiply operational efficiency.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience:Minimum5 years of hands-on experienceinMeta/Facebook Ads. Experience handlingbudgets >$50k/monthis mandatory (preference for POD, Dropship, or Global DTC).
- Mathematical & Logical Thinking:Extremely strong. You must work based on data, not intuition.
- English Proficiency:Fluent inreading and comprehension(IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent). Ability to scan technical documents, policy updates, and US market research fluently.
- Technical Skills:
- eCommerce: Proven experience with eCommerce websites (Shopify) or Landing Page Builders (Ladipage or equivalent).
- AI Tools: Proficient in using AI tools, including but not limited to: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

- Unlimited Income:Competitive base salary based on capability (starting from 25,000,000 VND) + Annual Performance Bonus (based on % of revenue growth you generate). You have the right to value yourself and negotiate with us.

- Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 09:00 AM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections - mind, body, and momentum aligned.

- Note:This is a full-time, onsite position to ensure the highest speed of coordination.
