Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize performance marketing strategies across paid channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Plan and review advertising campaigns to ensure effective budget allocation and target achievement.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, including spending, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and other key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Propose and implement optimization strategies across channels, audience targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Product teams to improve campaign effectiveness and user quality.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing paid media budgets and scaling campaigns effectively.
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
- Understanding of user acquisition, funnel optimization, and performance metrics.
- Industry experience is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
