About the role

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Senior Performance Executive to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver results under pressure, and uphold a high standard of excellence, we'd love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

• Champion optimization excellence through proactive improvements, structured processes, and high-precision execution
• Conduct performance analysis, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into clear, actionable reports to support campaign effectiveness and growth
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and budget management
• Monitor performance trends and propose optimization solutions aligned with campaign goals and timelines
• Manage regular communication with clients and deliver performance reports
• Monitor competitive activities and propose opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (client or agency side)
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Data, Technology, or related fields is preferred
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and practical actions
• A natural ability to identify optimization opportunities whether through technology, automation, or better resource allocation
• Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets
