Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Execute performance marketing campaigns in line with client strategies and KPIs
- Liaise with media vendors and third-party platforms to stay up to date with new features and best practices
- Oversee and troubleshoot live campaigns, ensuring consistent delivery against performance goals and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, guiding internal teams and clients toward smarter decisions and stronger outcomes. Generate campaign reports and ensure accuracy in trafficking, QA, and pacing
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g., creative, strategy, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions
Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media execution (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of self-serve platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
- Experience in running and optimizing performance campaigns is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Highly organized with a good sense of ownership and time management
