About the Role: The role focuses on leading the recruitment and development of local mid-market channel partners in Vietnam, ensuring fast coverage of key regions and supporting partners in customer acquisition and deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and development of local mid-market channel partners in Vietnam, including agents, SaaS integrators, small-to-mid-sized SIs, and industry consulting firms.
- Focus on high-growth SMEs / Upper Mid-Market customers, with priority on manufacturing, trading, retail, and service industries.
- Define and execute a structured partner recruitment plan for the mid-market segment.
- Continuously expand a qualified partner pipeline through both online and offline activities.
- Enable new partners to quickly understand the positioning of YonSuite / Mid-Market Cloud ERP.
- Design and drive standardized enablement programs.
- Support partners in mid-market customer acquisition and deal execution.
- Co-launch mid-market marketing initiatives with partners.
- Collect feedback from partners and customers to drive continuous improvement of mid-market offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above (IT, Business, Management preferred).
- 5+ years experience in software / SaaS / ERP / IT services, including 3+ years in mid-market channel, partner, or indirect sales.
- Solid understanding of the Vietnam SME market, especially fast decision cycles, budget sensitivity, and value-driven buying behavior.
- Results-driven executor able to manage multiple partners and projects, clearly communicate complex value propositions, and perform consistently under target and timeline pressure.
- English as a working language, Chinese is a strong plus.
Preferred
- Experience with Cloud ERP, SaaS, or subscription-based products.
- Proven track record of scaling local partners with repeatable deal closures.
- Existing SME network or background in industry consulting.
