POSITION INFORMATION

Position Title:Senior PartnershipCoordinator(Membership Retention&DelegatePerformance)

Department: Partnerships & Alliances MMA Vietnam

Reporting Line: Head of Partnership

Employment Type: Full-time

THE ROLE OVERVIEW

Protect and grow MMA Vietnam's membership value by owning member retention and account engagement, ensuring high-quality and relevant delegate participation across events, and supporting partnership revenue growth through upsell and sponsorship opportunities. This role plays a critical part in strengthening long-term memberrelationships and delivering measurable businessimpactsfor the MMA ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Membership Retention & AccountManagement

Own and manage relationships with assigned members to ensure strong engagement, satisfaction, and long-term renewal.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for memberaccounts.
  • Buildtrusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Ensure delivery of membership benefits and agreed value.
  • Proactively address concerns, resolve issues, and reduce churn risks.
  • Identifyopportunities forupsellor expanded collaboration within existing accounts.

2. Delegate & Event Enablement

  • Ensure high-quality and relevant delegate participation across MMA events and programs.
  • Source and invite suitable member and partner delegates aligned with eventobjectives.
  • Qualify attendees based onrole, seniority, and relevance.
  • Manage invitations, confirmations, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams for event execution.
  • Support sponsor servicing and on-sitelogisticswhenrequired.

3. Partnership Support & Commercial Contribution

Support overall partnership growth and operational excellence across membership and sponsorship initiatives.

  • Assistinidentifyingand approaching potential new members andpartners.
  • Supportpreparation of proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
  • Contribute to sponsorship packaging and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM discipline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith marketing, events, and global teams.
  • Providegeneral supportfor partnership projects and initiatives as assigned.

  • Members feel well-supported, engaged, and consistently renew their partnership with MMA.
  • Strong, trusted relationships are built with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Events are attended by relevant, high-quality delegates that deliver value to sponsors and partners.
  • Delegate coordination and event executionrunsmoothly with minimal supervision.
  • Opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and deeper collaboration are proactivelyidentified.
  • CRM, reporting, and partnership operations are organized,accurate, and reliable.
  • Able to independently manage accounts and day-to-day partnership activities in a lean team environment.

THE IDEAL PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A strong partnership mindset with a focus on long-term relationships rather than transactional sales.
  • 35+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management roles.
  • Experience working within marketing, media, tech, or event ecosystems is preferred.
  • Proventrack recordin relationship management and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging seniorstakeholdersand decision-makers.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong execution discipline and follow-through.
  • Fluent English with professional communication skills
