I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partner Development
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential brand/business partners for campaigns and events
- Propose partnership benefits (sponsorship, cost-sharing, customer perks, etc.)
- Coordinate the execution of partnership activities
- Sell advertising placements across CITIGYM's existing media channels or negotiate benefit exchanges with partners
2. Sponsorship Campaign Execution
- Plan, implement, and monitor partnership sponsorship campaigns
- Ensure brand guideline compliance across all publications and marketing communications
3. Brand Management Support
- Inspect and report on POSM and marketing material deployment at clubs
- Track and consolidate POSM requests from clubs; submit timely proposals
- Review brand guideline adherence in design, communications, POSM, and marketing campaigns in line with corporate standards
4. Other tasks as assigned by management
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields
- Knowledge: Branding & POSM; marketing operations in service/retail/fitness industry
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Skills: Planning & teamwork; communication, negotiation & persuasion; data analysis & reporting tools
III. WORKING DETAILS
- Office: 526 Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday (Saturday: backup working day)
