SENIOR PACKAGING DESIGNER

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Packaging Designer, based in D An. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and impactful packaging that aligns with product branding and company values. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing creative packaging designs, working closely with cross-functional teams, incorporating branding and graphic design elements, and ensuring typography and visuals meet product goals. The designer will also oversee graphic assets, manage design revisions, and stay updated on trends and industry standards in packaging design.

• Proficiency in Packaging Design, Product Design, and understanding of materials and structural considerations for various packaging needs
• Expertise in Branding and Graphic Design to create cohesive and visually appealing packaging aligned with the company's vision
• Strong skills in Typography to create attractive, legible, and market-appropriate text for packaging
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail in design execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent graphic design software
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Effective communication skills to present and justify design decisions to internal stakeholders
