ABOUT JOB:

Responsible for leading the design of data plumbing, sanitary and fire protection infrastructures such as water supply, wastewater management and fire suppression.

Close Collaboration with global cross-functional disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural and Structural), BIM modelers

• Report line: DC Design Manager and/or Data Center Design Director.
• Location: Ho Chi Minh city.
• Project: Data Center

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection design, load calculations, sizing and drafting of Basis of Design, Technical Specifications and other related deliverables.
• Oversee BIM coordination (Revit/Navisworks) and ensure clash-free designs.
• Prepare single-line diagrams, load calculations, and layout designs, collaborating with cross-functional disciplines from conceptual design through construction documentations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor in Environmental/Water/Sanitary Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in Plumbing/Sanitary/Fire Protection design preferably with data center and having been involved in international projects experience.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in design softwares, BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Soft Skills: Fluent English communication (written/spoken) and ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
