II/ Job roles:

To ensure the accurate and efficient execution and daily optimization of advertising campaigns on major platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google), leveraging data analysis to monitor performance, swiftly resolve issues, and act as the primary contact to coordinate project progress and maintain customer satisfaction.

III/ Keys responsibilities:

- Advertising execution: Responsible for the daily maintenance of advertising accounts on media platforms such as TikTok, Meta and Google Ads, including the setting, monitoring and data update of advertising.

- Customer communication: Responsible for communication with customers, efficiently and promptly handling daily customer needs, answering customer questions, and coordinating project progress.

- Data analysis: Assist in tracking and data analysis of advertising effects, regularly organize and submit advertising data reports, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of relevant data, and help identify the advantages and disadvantages of advertising performance.

- Collaborative work: Responsible for cross-regional, cross-departmental, and cross-team communication, solving problems encountered during execution, and improving collaborative efficiency.

IV/ Position requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications...

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance advertising operations and campaign optimization.

- Proficient in day-to-day management of major paid media platforms, including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain execution quality across multiple concurrent tasks.

- Skilled in interpreting performance data and delivering accurate, actionable reports in a timely manner.

- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to manage cross-regional and cross-functional collaboration as well as client relationships.

- Professional working proficiency in English or Mandarin Chinese required.
