Design learner-centered learning experiences aligned with job requirements and business objectives.
Recommend appropriate learning approaches, including classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT), blended learning, e-learning, and self-directed learning.
Learning Content Design & Development
Lead the design, development, and standardization of learning materials, including Presentation Slides, Workbooks, Facilitator Guides, Assessments, Videos, Job Aids, and E-learning modules.
Ensure learning materials are practical, easy to understand, easy to facilitate, and suitable for the target audience.
Transform operational processes, SOPs, technical knowledge, and best practices into effective learning content.
Establish and manage a centralized learning content repository to maximize reusability and maintain consistency across the organization.
Review, validate, and approve learning materials prior to deployment.
Learning Development Project Management
Plan, allocate resources, and manage the timeline of learning design and development projects.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business functions, and training implementation teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Monitor deliverable quality and ensure training programs and learning materials are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Establish standards, processes, templates, and best practices to standardize learning design and development activities.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Leverage feedback from learners, Trainers, and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and learning materials.
Regularly update learning content to reflect changes in business processes, operations, and organizational priorities.
Research and apply emerging trends in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Learning Experience Design (LXD), and AI-enabled learning solutions.
Recommend initiatives to enhance learner experience, learning effectiveness, and post-training application.
Drive the standardization and optimization of learning materials that can be deployed consistently across warehouses nationwide.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines with 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Capability Development, or Instructional Design.
Experience managing learning projects or leading learning design initiatives is a plus.
Strong project management and multi-tasking capabilities.
Excellent content writing, curriculum development, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
Proficiency in learning content development tools and the application of AI in learning design and content creation.
