This role supports the Operations Excellence Manager in ensuring that company-wide initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable impact improving operational reliability, efficiency, and scalability. It requires strong project management discipline, analytical rigor, and cross-functional coordination to convert strategy into action and results.
Responsibilities:
A. Project Portfolio Management
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from scoping and planning through implementation and BAU handover.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with vertical and functional leads.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Oversee risk identification, mitigation plans, and issue resolution, maintaining accountability with relevant owners.
- Ensure complete and auditable project documentation (charter, WBS, RACI, risk log, closure report).
B. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Build and maintain a centralized project tracker/dashboard to monitor milestones, cost, quality, and benefits realization.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Review packs summarizing progress, risks, and decisions required from leadership.
- Track project impact metrics (e.g., efficiency gains, SLA improvements, cost savings) and report deviations early.
- Facilitate post-project reviews to capture learnings and recommendations for future initiatives.
C. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the coordination hub among Operations, Product, BI, CS, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate project stand-ups, governance meetings, and inter-team alignments, driving decisions and accountability.
- Translate technical and data-driven insights into clear operational actions for execution teams.
- Maintain transparent and proactive communication with all stakeholders escalating key risks or dependencies timely.
- Support the OPEX Manager in ensuring projects are fully aligned with the broader Operations Excellence roadmap and business priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or operational improvement initiatives, with strong skills in planning, WBS development, RACI assignment, and managing risks and dependencies.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of operations and logistics workflows (acquisition, onboarding, SLA, quality control, etc.).
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented, capable of tracking benefit realization quantitatively.
