I. Job Description
1. Reporting:
- Take full responsibility for 100% accuracy of periodic operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly/annual).
- Support the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) in building dashboards, data reports, tracking files, and related tools to monitor KPIs of Delivery Hubs (Hubs)/Regions and track performance results.
- Propose new initiatives to improve performance management of assigned Hubs and optimize operational efficiency.
- Act as a focal point on behalf of the ROM to provide, input, and consolidate data/information for other company reports as assigned.
2. Project:
- Initiate and support the implementation of new ideas and projects across multiple areas to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Participate in other company projects as assigned, acting as a key connector with a comprehensive understanding of Hub operations.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Operations Optimization, Procurement, Product, etc., to ensure they clearly understand Hub operations and to support them in assigned projects.
- Monitor feedback from implemented projects and adjust plans to best fit actual operational conditions.
3. Internal Control & Audit
- Develop in-depth understanding of SPX overall, as well as assigned Hubs/regions, to proactively identify operational issues and areas for improvement.
- Conduct on-site visits to Hubs to investigate operational issues and report to the ROM for timely intervention and necessary guidance.
- Report to the ROM upon detecting any abnormalities or inconsistencies in Hub/region operations.
- Ensure strong compliance with SOPs/regulations and act as an internal trainer for Hubs/regions to ensure proper understanding and implementation when assigned.
4. Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate with regional teams and handle administrative tasks for the entire region, including but not limited to event organization, office supplies procurement, uniform control, payment processing, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Prepare proposals and presentation materials as assigned.
II. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience with demonstrated achievements.
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, etc.); understanding of logistics operations is a plus.
- Strong project ownership, analytical thinking, fast learning ability, and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
