Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. FFM Cost Monitoring & Target Governance

  • Track actual vs. category target across brand portfolio; update monthly cost tracker and highlight abnormal cost spikes.
  • Build monthly forecast vs. actual with ±5% accuracy; perform root cause analysis on variance and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare structured cost insights and decks for monthly/quarterly leadership review and JBP cycles.

2. Brand & Category Cost-to-Serve Analysis

  • Build and maintain brand- and category-level cost-to-serve model across top brands by SKU profile (long-tail, low-velocity, high-CBM, return ratio, VAS complexity).
  • Prepare SKU rationalization shortlist with quantified cost impact; recommend phase-out / re-pack / re-pricing decisions.
  • Issue e-com readiness recommendations to brands and COM team (pack size, case configuration, barcode, labeling, returns profile) to improve fulfillment efficiency.
  • Feed cost-to-serve insight into new-brand onboarding and JBP corrective action tracking.

3. Rate Card & Commercial Term Optimization

  • Review and optimize 3PL rate cards using volume, productivity, and benchmark data; support contract renewal and negotiation with data-driven recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and 3PL partners on contract compliance and commercial alignment.

4. Cost Dashboard & Automation

  • Co-own end-to-end design and build of Daily FFM Cost Dashboard across 3 phases: cost structure mapping → BI build → automation with exception alerts.
  • Partner with BI and Finance to establish single cost baseline, validate integration logic, and reduce manual reconciliation workload.

5. Continuous Cost Insight & Improvement

  • Analyze cost drivers by brand, category, SKU profile, and vendor allocation to surface structural cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support strategic decision-making with deep-dive insights for Team Lead and senior stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Cost Control, or P&L management; exposure to e-commerce, logistics, or 3PL operations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fulfillment cost structure (warehouse, last-mile, surcharges, rebate, VAS) and cost-to-serve analytics.
  • Solid grasp of P&L structure, cost allocation principles, and unit-economics modeling.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Power BI) is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platform operations (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada) and brand JBP cycles is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable cost-saving recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Finance, BI, 3PL partners) without direct authority.
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • High integrity, strong ownership mindset, and proactive learning attitude.
