Role Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their specific transportation needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. 

Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to the services.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions for clients, including pricing, scheduling, and logistics support if needed. 

Coordinate with overseas partners and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of services. 

Prepare and present regular reports on key client accounts for service review, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations. 

Ensure client-specific contracts, service agreements, and operational guidelines are followed. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 

Fluent English communication. 

Min 03 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

Strong operational understanding across transport modes (air, ocean, trucking) and customs processes, especially destination logistics in US trade lanes.

Mindset of process excellence. Data-based decision making.
