Job Title: Senior OOH Planning & Buying Executive

Job Purpose

The Senior OOH Planning & Buying Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, buying, execution, and monitoring of Out-of-Home (OOH) media campaigns. The role ensures campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with media owners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. OOH Media Planning (30%)

  • Assist in developing OOH media recommendations based on campaign objectives and target audience.
  • Prepare media plans, location recommendations, and budget allocations.
  • Conduct market and location research.
  • Analyze traffic, audience, and competitive activities.
  • Support post-campaign evaluation and reporting.

2. Media Buying & Negotiation (30%)

  • Request quotations from media owners.
  • Compare proposals and recommend the most effective options.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and added-value opportunities.
  • Reserve media inventory and manage booking schedules.
  • Ensure buying complies with client and procurement requirements.

3. Campaign Execution & Monitoring (20%)

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time campaign implementation.
  • Monitor installation schedules and campaign progress.
  • Verify Proof of Posting (POP) and campaign documentation.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues with vendors.
  • Track campaign timelines and deliverables.

4. Vendor & Client Coordination (10%)

  • Maintain good working relationships with media owners.
  • Coordinate with internal Planning, Business, Finance, Operations, and Production teams.
  • Support client requests related to campaign implementation.
  • Maintain updated vendor contacts and media availability.

5. Reporting & Administration (10%)

  • Prepare campaign reports and buying summaries.
  • Update media databases and rate cards.
  • Process purchase requests and supporting documents.
  • Support invoice reconciliation and campaign closing.
