Key Accountabilities Responsibility In System Operation
Perform normal operational tasks: Monitor and report the daily operating status of the telecommunications system (healthy daily checklist)
Perform special operational tasks: Troubleshooting, problems, performing backup testing.
Manage and update CMDB for the system.
System status report.
Update system operating documents.
Research and deploy solutions to optimize system capacity
Improve work processes to improve operational efficiency
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Information Technology
Work Experience
Have worked in the IT field for at least 5 years
Having at least 3 years of experience in providing network services in large organizations, especially banks
Foreign language
English, Level 1/ or as prescribed by TCB from time to time.
