Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while acting as a trusted HR partner for assigned business units. The incumbent collaborates closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop talent acquisition strategies, and ensure effective talent planning and hiring outcomes. Beyond recruitment, the role provides HR advisory support, contributes to talent management initiatives, and promotes positive employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, to onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring demands, workforce plans, and critical talent requirements.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for assigned functions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and external partners, to identify talent.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on business and competency requirements.
  • Ensure timely hiring delivery in line with agreed service levels and business expectations.
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams to provide a positive candidate and new hire experience.

Business Partnering & Talent Management

  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units regarding recruitment and workforce-related matters.
  • Provide consultation and market insights on talent availability, hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment approaches.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify talent gaps and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support execution of talent management activities including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs as assigned.
  • Advocate for employee experience and support managers in addressing people-related concerns.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance hiring effectiveness and organizational performance.
  • Promote company culture, values, and employee value proposition in all talent acquisition activities.

Recruitment Excellence & Employer Branding

  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience.
  • Maintain the integrity of recruitment data and provide regular hiring reports, analytics, and workforce insights.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies effectively to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment campaigns, career fairs, networking events, and social media activities.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by representing Techcom Life in external talent markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance recruitment capabilities and talent acquisition outcomes.

Domain Expertise

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, or HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment within financial services, insurance, banking, or professional services industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and successful delivery of recruitment targets.
  • Sound understanding of talent acquisition practices, labor regulations, and HR processes.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
