Role: Senior Odoo Functional Consultant (BA)

Type of Employment: Full-time (8h30 - 17h30; Monday - Friday)
Location: Hybrid/Office (No. 58, Street 1, Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc City, HCM City)
CUSTOMER & PROJECT
Our clients are manufacturing and trading companies, both domestic and international. They are seeking digital transformation solutions to apply technology in their operations - aiming to save management time, optimize operating costs, and minimize errors in business processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with clients to collect and analyze business requirements and provide consulting on suitable Odoo solutions.
- Map client processes to Odoo standard functionalities and identify gaps.
- Design solution blueprints, ensuring scalability and alignment with client business needs.
- Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, MRP, etc.) based on business needs.
- Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to fit specific business requirements.
- Create business requirement documents (BRD) and user manuals.
- Train end-users and support the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process.
- Coordinate with the technical team (developers) to handle customization needs.
- Communicate via email, chat, and online collaboration tools (Trello, Jira, Redmine, etc.).
- Coordinate daily meetings to overlap with the customer's US time zone.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Odoo ERP (implementation, customization, or support).
- Solid understanding of at least 2–3 functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.).
- English proficiency for effective communication.
- Good business analysis and process modeling skills.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo standard modules and workflows.
- Good communication and presentation skills in remote/online settings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Ability to write clear and structured documentation (e.g., BRD, user guides).
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Basic technical knowledge (Python, XML, PostgreSQL) is an advantage.
- familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and ERP project lifecycle.
