We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise network infrastructure and managed services solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in network operations, solid knowledge of routing/switching, security, and SD-WAN technologies, and the ability to work with large-scale, multi-site environments.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Network Operations & Managed Services
- Operate and maintain enterprise network systems in line with SLA and ITIL processes.
- Configure and manage network devices (Router, Switch, Firewall, Load Balancer, Wi-Fi, VPN, WAN/LAN, SD-WAN).
- Monitor network performance using tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios).
- Perform backup, restore, and firmware upgrades.
- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests via ITSM/ticketing systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with security standards.
2. SD-WAN Deployment & Operations
- Deploy and operate SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet) for multi-site systems.
- Monitor WAN performance (MPLS, Internet) and optimize connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with ISPs/vendors for network issues.
3. Firewall & Network Security
- Configure and manage Firewall/UTM/NGFW systems (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point).
- Implement security policies, NAT, VPN (IPSec, SSL VPN), IPS/IDS, and application control.
- Monitor logs, handle security incidents, and perform system hardening and patching.
4. Reporting & Improvement
- Track KPIs, SLA/OLA and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
- Propose improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
II. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in network operations.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and MPLS.
- Solid understanding of Firewall, VPN, IPS, and NAT technologies.
- Hands-on experience with vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Meraki, Aruba/Ruckus.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto) are highly preferred.
- Good English communication skills (email, meetings, ticketing systems).
- Experience working with international customers/vendors is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Experience with ITSM systems is an advantage.
