JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET-based enterprise applications for large-scale clients across various industries
- Develop both front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and best practices
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin, .NET MAUI, or other multi-platform mobile frameworks when required
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and help define development standards
- Proactively contribute to system improvements, performance tuning, and identifying technical risks and solutions
- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, tools, and trends to continuously enhance development efficiency
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential soft skills:
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. IELTS certification preferred.
- Strong team player, positive attitude, and professionalism.
- 5+ years practical experience in designing, developing and delivering commercial software applications
- Experience with working with overseas customers.
- .NETDevelopment:Proven experience in building scalable web applications using .NET Core, C# and Web API.
- Mobile Development (Not Required):
- Hands-on experience in mobile application development using Xamarin,.NET MAUI, or other cross-platform/mobile frameworks.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, lifecycle, UI layout, and performance considerations on iOS and/or Android.
- API Integration & Testing: Strong skills in API integration, asynchronous data handling, testing, and debugging for high-quality, reliable applications.
- Experience with database design and optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Good understanding of the Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, Identity Server).
- Experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)
