ABOUT THE JOB
- Design, build, and maintain backend applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework Core, and RESTful APIs.
- Manage SQL-based RDBMS solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Lead cloud-related development and integration, especially with AWS resources.
- Define and implement system architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies.
- Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with onsite and offsite teams in a hybrid delivery model.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate life insurance product requirements (servicing and claims) into technical solutions.
- Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- From 6+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS design/optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS integration and resource management.
- Strong background in system design, architecture, and application integration.
- Deep knowledge of life insurance products, servicing, and claims is a big plus.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery practices.
- Fluent English communication.
