Join an early-stage fintech startup building the next generation of crypto banking. We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) to lead mobile development, shape product features, and deliver seamless experiences to thousands of users.

As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will work closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and leadership to build and launch mobile applications. You will own the end-to-end development process, from architecture and coding to deployment, while helping grow and mentor the mobile engineering team.

• Build, test, and ship mobile features and applications using React Native, TypeScript, ES6, and Redux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into technical solutions.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code that meets performance and scalability requirements.
• Leverage native APIs for deeper integration with iOS and Android platforms.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, architecture, and system design.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience building production apps with React Native and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems and high-volume applications.
• Track record of building and deploying products from scratch.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-uncertainty startup environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Vietnam candidate based in HN or HCM.
• Candidates with an excellent academic background and/or international experience are strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

• Competitive programming background (Olympiad, ACM-ICPC).
• Experience with blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Solana, etc.).
• Prior experience working on consumer, finance, or security-related mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of iOS SDK/Android frameworks and application lifecycles.
• Excellent academic background and/or international experience.

Normal working hours, Monday to Friday, according to Vietnam time.
