Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Effectively manage and prioritize assigned tasks, ensuring commitments are delivered on time and with high quality
- Break down features and requirements into clear, actionable tasks with realistic estimates
- Work with Backend Engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow and performance
- Actively contribute feedback, ideas, and technical insights to improve product specifications and user experience
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and fix usability, performance, and stability issues
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
- Mentor and support junior engineers in both technical skills and professional growth
- Take ownership of features from design to production and post-release improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter in production environments
- Solid experience in Android and/or iOS native development
- Strong task planning, estimation, and prioritization skills
- Proven experience working in Agile environments and continuous delivery
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile best practices
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Nice To Have:
- Experience working with Salesforce-based systems
- Fluency in Japanese or prior experience working with Japanese companies/clients
