I.What You'll Do
We're looking for a Senior/Middle Microsoft SQL Specialist to work on large-scale database systems, including migration to Azure SQL and managing complex environments with multiple SQL Server versions.
This role goes beyond daily operations — you'll be involved in system upgrades, cross-application dependencies, and performance-critical environments.
- Plan and execute database migration from on-prem SQLServer to Azure SQL
- Manage and support environments running multiple SQL Server versions
- Ensure stability for systems with shared databases and interdependencies
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance
- Implement and maintain high availability & disaster recovery solutions (Always On, clustering, replication)
- Support database upgrade activities while ensuring compatibility across systems
- Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams on deployments and issue resolution
II. What You'll Bring
*Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (must-have)
- Strong hands-on experience with: SQL Server, Azure SQL or cloud-based database services
- Proven experience in: Database migration or upgrade projects, Complex or enterprise database environments
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-impact environments
- Experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments
- Microsoft certifications related to SQL Server or Azure is a big plus

Working Time: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday (Lunch break 1.5 hours).
