Your Roles
- As a Senior Medical Representative, you will implement the introduction development plan for your assigned products, recognizing opportunities to engage more healthcare professional audiences within your territories. You will be responsible for arranging weekly and monthly action plans to align with target development and ensuring consistent visits to assigned target customers. Your focus will be on updating and establishing communication channels with healthcare professionals to achieve the development plan effectively.
- In addition, you&aposll collect market intelligence and competitor information, reporting these insights to management in a timely manner. You will also be vigilant in recognizing and reporting adverse events or safety information to company&aposs Local Drug Safety Contact and the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person within specified timelines.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal departments is essential, along with adhering to company policies regarding the protection of confidential information.
- This role enables you to introduce company products to healthcare professionals while providing valuable market insights, contributing significantly to the overall success of the organization.
- Your expertise and passion will play a pivotal role in shaping the company&aposs goals and making a tangible impact in the healthcare field.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
- At least of 2 to 5 years of experience in the multinational pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Hanoi.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical & determined mind

- Under pressure.
- Good Time management & Work organization
- Well English / Good computer skills
