Job Description
General
Based on business long-term target and objectives, Materials Planning & Logistic Manager shall set up plan and implement strategies for Material Planning & Logistics Department
Responsible for policy deployment targets and implementation in Materials Planning & Logistics Department
Policy Deployment targets shall be determined together with the Plant Manager
Annual appraisal of Materials Manager shall linked to the policy deployment performance and achievements
Proactive support of QAD improvement activity
Prepare the annual budget, revise quarterly as part of the rolling forecast and track actual achievement to budget or targets
Plan and manage resources of Materials Planning & Logistics Department
Prepare and present monthly management report. Support the company global to initiative global policies
Act as mentors and coach to middle management level
Allocate resources to join key activity, such as APDS project activities, Q5 meeting
Identify MUDA and implement continuous improvement project
Leading in some of ALV APS activity
Driving 5S implementation in all responsible areas
Material Planning and Production Planning
To manage Production planner to perform production planning
Support implementation of lean manufacturing techniques
Initiate production leveling to meet line variety, line utilization and customer on time delivery
Review production contract with production to ensure line capacity will be in line with customer demand
To manage Material Planner team
To manage local and oversea suppliers to meet supplier on time delivery and customer satisfaction
Control/ reduction of airfreight for incoming and outgoing goods
To manage inventory to meet inventory turns and obsolescence amount
To prepare inventory budget as company calendar by EQ and Annual
Warehouse and Inventory Management
To managewarehouse team
BOI activity
Initiate and Implement Bol requirements and procedures
Streamline and improve BOI activities
Ensure all BOI benefits are active and knowledge of BOI benefits are understand and implement
Ensure BOT regulation are compliance without risk to business
Customer Service
To manage Customer service team
To manage sales forecast and firmed for protech any issued from the fluctuation
To manage SOP and EOP timming
To improve system support EDI and ASn with Customer
To mange Customer OTP to achieved the target.
