Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketing Manager - Sports, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Lead brand marketing strategy and execution for our Multi Sports brands , ensuring strong brand equity, effective campaigns, and consistent customer experience, while collaborating closely with internal corporate functions.
1.Brand Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement brand-building and seasonal promotion strategies for the Supersports brand.
- Ensure brand equity, identity, and visual consistency across all retail and communication channels.
- Plan and execute base brand-building and seasonal campaigns with clear, measurable KPIs.
2.Brand Partnerships
- Lead Supersports brand partnerships with local partners, financial service providers, and suppliers.
3.Budget Management
- Manage allocated Supersports marketing budget and propose investment priorities in line with brand objectives.
- Monitor spending efficiency and campaign ROI.
4.Market Research and Performance Analysis
- Conduct market research and brand performance analysis to support decision-making.
- Review campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization actions.
5.Media Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate Supersports media planning across offline and online channels.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing and E-commerce teams to support traffic and conversion objectives.
- Track and report core media performance metrics as assigned.
6.Team Leadership and Capability Development
- Manage and develop the Supersports marketing team
- Support capability development and performance management within the team.
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners to deliver brand initiatives.
7.Corporate Marketing Collaboration
- Act as the Supersports brand representative working closely with Corporate Marketing functions (PR, Communications, Digital, Design, E-commerce).
- Collaborate internally on corporate-led campaigns, brand guidelines, and cross-brand initiatives where Supersports is involved.
- Ensure Supersports brand alignment with overall company marketing direction and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 810+ years of marketing experience with 5 years at manager level.
- Advanced in English
- Proven track record in multi-brand or large-scale Fashion/ Sports Retail environments.
- Strong experience in strategic brand management, integrated marketing, execution capability with effective planning and coordination skills.
