About the OpportunityOn behalf of our client, we are hiring a Senior Marketing specialist to support their highly anticipated new game launch in Vietnam. Our client is a leading global online games developer and publisher, dedicated to creating immersive gaming experiences and building powerful global player communities.
Joining the team as a Senior Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) and marketing strategy for upcoming tactical shooter (FPS) blockbuster. In this role, you will design and execute end-to-end IMC campaigns from scratch, manage launching budgets, and build a massive, highly engaged player base for this premium title.
Key ResponsibilitiesIMC Planning: Propose targets, develop, and implement end-to-end IMC plans/campaigns (including product launches) aligned with business priorities, brand positioning, and hardcore player needs.
IMC Execution: Manage the execution of the IMC mix, encompassing content marketing, copywriting, art direction, video production, and influencer activities across social media channels.
Campaign Management: Drive product awareness and user engagement while managing brand media channels to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Marketing Analytics: Use data and analytics tools to set targets, measure campaign success, track performance, and apply key learnings to future campaigns.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with third-party partners to support Garena's marketing and publishing initiatives.
Job Requirements
Technical skills:
Minimum 4 years of experience with a proven track record in end-to-end IMC Marketing (Experience in product launching or driving User Acquisition is a big plus).
Deep understanding of midcore/hardcore games, with a strong preference for first-person shooters (FPS) or tactical shooters (e.g., Valorant, PUBG, CS2) and their player community behaviors.
Excellence in managing complex projects (critical paths, risk logs, asset QA) and aligning with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Legal).
Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (e.g., Reach, SOV, ER, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and brand health tracking).
Nice-to-Have: Comfortable working with data, including funnel math, lift tests, and interpreting basic dashboards to inform decisions.
Language: Good command of English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above) to work with regional teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
