Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Content & Social Media
  • Develop creative content ideas and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Website platforms.
  • Build and manage content pillars while shaping social media direction aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and social conversations to propose relevant and engaging content that strengthens brand presence.
2. Production & Creative Execution
  • Coordinate and support photo shoots, video productions, and integrated marketing campaign executions.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, KOLs/KOCs, and external production partners to ensure high-quality creative output.
  • Assist in developing creative concepts, mood boards, content guidelines, and production scripts.
3. Campaign & Community Management
  • Execute marketing campaigns, social activations, and brand engagement initiatives across digital channels.
  • Support the development of KOL/KOC networks and foster meaningful interactions within the brand community.
  • Assist in livestreams, events, and new product launch activities to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor content performance and key social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing and E-commerce teams to optimize traffic, engagement, and conversion opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to continuously improve content strategy and execution.
