Key Responsibilities1. Content & Social Media
- Develop creative content ideas and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Website platforms.
- Build and manage content pillars while shaping social media direction aligned with campaign objectives.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and social conversations to propose relevant and engaging content that strengthens brand presence.
2. Production & Creative Execution
- Coordinate and support photo shoots, video productions, and integrated marketing campaign executions.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, KOLs/KOCs, and external production partners to ensure high-quality creative output.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, mood boards, content guidelines, and production scripts.
3. Campaign & Community Management
- Execute marketing campaigns, social activations, and brand engagement initiatives across digital channels.
- Support the development of KOL/KOC networks and foster meaningful interactions within the brand community.
- Assist in livestreams, events, and new product launch activities to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor content performance and key social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with Performance Marketing and E-commerce teams to optimize traffic, engagement, and conversion opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to continuously improve content strategy and execution.
