KEY ROLE:
Develop and implement marketing plans for F&B and HORECA channels aligned with business objectives
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
Manage digital marketing activities including social media, paid ads, content, etc.
Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, menu launches, and in-store marketing activities
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to support trade marketing and B2B/B2C initiatives
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales data; prepare reports and optimization proposals
Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking within F&B/HORECA
Manage marketing materials, POSM, and brand assets to ensure consistent brand identity
Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and external partners
Control marketing budgets and timelines for assigned projects
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields
23 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, HORECA, Hospitality, or Retail, ect
Good understanding of F&B/HORECA market dynamics, customer behaviors, and trade marketing
Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (Social Media, Ads, Content, Email/CRM)
Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English (written and spoken) is a plus
