JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Market Researcher to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of working experience, prefer a focus on supporting HR initiatives through comprehensive market data analysis. This role requires a balance of social engagement and analytical prowess, with an emphasis on understanding industry trends and competitor positioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct in-depth market research to support HR initiatives, focusing on salary surveys, company positioning, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the HR team.
- Develop and maintain research metrics to track industry trends and benchmarks.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify data needs and provide relevant market insights.
- Resource industry leaders by mapping organizational charts and management boards, as well as understanding operational models.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS
- +5 YOE in market researcher within the IT industry is a Plus.
- Market Analysis, Market Research, and Quantitative Research skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with numbers and data.
- Experience in conducting salary surveys and analyzing compensation data.
- Familiarity with company and competitor positioning strategies.
- Ability to resource and analyze organizational structures and management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A balanced approach to research, with an ideal focus of 60% social engagement and 40% metrics analysis.
