SUMMARY
- Manage market research (MR) projects (within assigned scope) from preparation and implementation to reporting of results.
- Consolidate and store data, reports, and information on the market and consumers.
- Support analysis of market research data and information to develop periodic or adhoc reports as required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Market Research Manager in developing overall market research plans aligned with business development objectives and Marketing strategy.
- Organize and ensure data quality for retail measurement studies and brand health tracking in assigned categories.
- Organize and oversee qualitative and quantitative market research projects (within assigned scope), including receiving MR requests, planning, and coordinating with external MR service providers.
- Provide data requirements and analyses related to Vinamilk brands and competitors as requested by Category Teams.
- Ensure all MR project processes comply with company regulations.
- Assist the Market Research Manager in monitoring and managing the department's budget efficiently.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and work with MR service providers to ensure cost efficiency and high project quality.
- Manage and store market and consumer data, reports, and information in a systematic and efficient manner to ensure easy access.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree; preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position at large FMCG companies, dairy/food industries, or MR service agencies.
- Broad understanding of market research in the FMCG sector.
- Strong capability in organizing implementation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy of market, category, and consumer information to deliver valuable insights for strategic brand development. Ability to validate data and consolidate reports from MR partners. Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit; highly supportive, enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of working under high pressure.
