Analyze business requirements and specifications (BRD, SRS, User Stories).
Create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform Manual Testing for Web / Mobile / API systems.
Design, develop, and maintain Automation Test scripts (UI / API).
Execute different testing types: Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, UAT support.
Log, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with BA, Developers, and PM to ensure product quality.
Mentor and support Junior/Middle Testers.
Continuously improve testing processes and quality standards.
Requirements
At least 4+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
Strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
Hands-on Experience With At Least One Automation Tool/framework
Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium
REST Assured, Postman/Newman (API Testing)
Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language: Java, C#, JavaScript, Python.
Solid understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile/Scrum.
Experience in API testing and basic Database testing (SQL).
Familiar with test management and bug tracking tools: Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Azure DevOps.
Good analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Have
Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Performance testing experience (JMeter, k6).
Good English communication skills.
