Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manual Test role based in Quận Cầu Giấy. The Senior Manual Tester will design, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test suites based on business and technical requirements. The role includes performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing, as well as validating bug fixes and performing re-tests. The senior tester will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and other QA professionals to clarify requirements, identify risks, and ensure high-quality releases. Responsibilities also include documenting defects, tracking them through resolution, contributing to test planning and test strategies, mentoring junior testers, and helping improve QA processes, standards, and tools.

Reponsibilities:

Ensure software quality throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to product delivery, including:

• Test Management & Planning: Analyze requirements, prepare Test Plans, Test Strategies, and testing effort estimations.
• Advanced Test Design: Design complex test scenarios, including Integration Testing (IT), System Testing (ST), API Testing, and Performance Testing.
• Test Execution & Quality Control: Execute various testing activities such as Functional Testing, API Testing, Regression Testing, and Exploratory Testing. Review test cases created by other team members to ensure maximum test coverage and quality.
• Defect Management: Identify, analyze root causes, track the defect lifecycle, and assess system risks prior to production release (Go-live).
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Consolidate testing metrics and prepare Test Reports for Management and Clients. Mentor junior testers and continuously improve QA processes and team efficiency.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of QA/Test experience, including 1–2 years at Senior level.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a testing team of 3 or more members.
• Strong leadership, team management, and task coordination skills.
• Strong experience in Web Application Testing.
• Ability to create and review Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Acceptance Test documentation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and API Testing.
• Ability to evaluate testing tools, conduct research, and provide recommendations for process and quality improvements.
• Capable of accurately assessing team members capabilities and assigning tasks accordingly.
• Proactive in resolving team conflicts and supporting team collaboration.
• Experience in Automation Testing is a plus.
• English proficiency: Level 3 (intermediate working proficiency).
