Key Responsibilities
Sales OP, SP & KUFRI Planning
- Lead annual OP, SP, and monthly KUFRI planning to ensure alignment between sales demand and product supply.
- Coordinate with MO, SEA1, HUB/MSO, and Product Teams to optimize forecasting accuracy, product availability, and new product launch readiness.
- Monitor dealer orders, CKD production plans, and vehicle allocation to support sales target achievement.
Sales Target Achievement
- Translate annual business plans into actionable sales targets, KPIs, and performance measures.
- Develop and monitor sales targets by product, dealer, region, and timeline.
- Analyze dealer performance and drive improvements in sales processes, order management, stock allocation, and retail effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support product launches and sales campaigns.
Sales Program Development
- Develop and manage the annual sales promotion calendar based on customer insights and business priorities.
- Design sales campaigns, incentive programs, and partnerships with banking, insurance, and DFS partners to drive retail performance.
- Manage sales program budgets, approval processes, dealer meetings, and sales contests.
- Evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize future programs.
Sales Program Execution
- Ensure effective communication and deployment of sales programs across dealers, field sales teams, and customers.
- Manage campaign materials, customer communications, and program implementation.
- Monitor sales results, program KPIs, reimbursements, and discount budgets to maximize return on investment and sales performance.
Business Insights & Market Analysis
- Analyze customer, sales, dealer, and market data to identify opportunities and support business planning.
- Develop insights into customer behavior, buying journeys, and competitive trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations to support sales strategies and business growth.
Dealer Retail Marketing Support
- Consult dealers on retail marketing activities to improve lead generation, customer conversion, and retail performance.
- Collaborate with dealers, Field Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Coach and support team members to achieve business objectives and career goals.
- Identify capability gaps and drive individual development plans.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and foster a high-performance team culture.
- Monitor team performance and development progress.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing within the automotive industry.
- Strong experience in sales planning, sales operations, demand planning, sales program development, and dealer performance management is preferred.
- Experience working with regional stakeholders, dealer networks, and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good knowledge of the automotive market and sales business.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, planning, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent business judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good interpersonal skills with a high team-work spirit.
- Confident and able to work independently.
- Able to work effectively under high pressure.
- Willing to travel when required.
