We are currently supporting our client in the search for a Senior Manager Merchandise (Apparel) to lead and build a new merchandising team based in Central Ho Chi Minh City.
This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to shape team structure, processes, and merchandising strategy from the ground up within a growing apparel business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and develop a new merchandising team in HCMC
- Define and implement merchandising strategies aligned with business and brand objectives
- Manage end-to-end merchandising activities including product planning, costing, sourcing, and production follow-up
- Collaborate closely with Design, Sourcing, Production, QA, and Sales teams
- Lead vendor negotiations and ensure cost competitiveness, quality, and delivery timelines
- Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to drive commercial decisions
- Establish KPIs, processes, and best practices for the merchandising function
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure long-term capability growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 812 years of experience in apparel merchandising, with strong leadership exposure
- Proven experience in building and managing merchandising teams
- Strong knowledge of apparel production, sourcing, costing, and supply chain
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage
