Job Description

Overview:

The Partnership Manager is responsible for building and executing strategic alliances to drive New-to-Bank (NTB) growth and expand the funding portfolio (Deposits/CASA). You will lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from identifying B2B2C opportunities (Fintech, E-commerce, Retail) to negotiating commercial agreements and integrating banking services into partner ecosystems to maximize customer acquisition and funding.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Expansion

  • Develop strategic partnership maps to target high-potential user bases (e.g., E-wallets, EdTech, HR Tech) for conversion to digital banking users.
  • Proactively identify and approach potential partners, leading negotiations to secure commercial agreements (referral models, API integrations) and embed seamless banking journeys.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure campaign stability and identify opportunities for cross-selling.

Commercial Growth & Portfolio Management

  • Design and execute exclusive campaigns to drive First Time Deposits (FTD) and grow CASA balances via tier-based incentives and vouchers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to optimize the user journey from partner apps to the Bank's app, minimizing drop-off rates during onboarding.
  • Own the delivery of key performance metrics (NTB, Net Deposit Growth, CAC) and utilize data insights to adjust commission structures and tactics for maximum ROI.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Digital Sales.
  • Experience in Banking (Digital), Fintech, E-wallets, or E-commerce is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products (CASA, Term Deposits) and digital partnership models (API, Affiliate, SDK).
  • Effective written and alternative communication skills, with the ability to negotiate commercial agreements and manage stakeholder relationships.
