We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Industrial and Logistics Leasing team in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The successful candidate's Key Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations and proposals
- Have a good understanding of the market
- Constantly monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities
- Transaction management
- Negotiate leases and process for clients with landlords
- Ensure smooth execution of deals from inception to completion
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Collaborate effectively within the team and cross-functional teams
- Meet individual revenue targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Industrial and Logistics real estate or related industries
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English and Vietnamese
- Proven track record in business development and transactions
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with real estate software and databases
