Job Description

Omnicom Media Viet Nam (OM Viet Nam) - A team of 100+ professionals across media, strategy, and operations, manages media duties for leading global brands including Apple, Beiersdorf, McDonald's, Chanel, Uniben, Opella, Kimberly-ClarK as well as leading Vietnamese brands.

Our expertise encompasses all media platforms, including brand sponsorship ideation, licensing management, and platform creative integration. We also have the Creative team (FeelsLike41°) that works hand in hand with Media team (hence Creative Media) to shape innovative, scalable, realistic and commercially effective ideas.

We are now expanding & looking for a strong candidates to elevate our proposition even further & lead the team in delivering more impactful campaigns.

THE ROLE.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong media agency background who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, performance marketing expertise, and a passion for data-driven decision making. You should be comfortable leading complex businesses, navigating ambiguity, and pushing teams and clients beyond conventional thinking.

You will work across flagship regional and global brands, leading integrated media planning and performance-driven initiatives while collaborating with specialists across strategy, digital, commerce, analytics, content.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BRING.

  • Strong media agency experience with hands-on experience across integrated communications and full-funnel media planning.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and digital ecosystems

RESPONSIBILITIES.

Client Leadership & Strategic Planning

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts
  • Develop integrated communication and media strategies aligned with business and performance objectives
  • Drive strategic recommendations grounded in audience, business, market, and data insights
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, effectiveness, and business growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing proactive thinking and solutions

Performance, Data & Digital Excellence

  • Oversee performance-driven media planning and optimization across digital channels
  • Translate campaign and business data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner with internal analytics, commerce, and digital teams to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure strong measurement frameworks, reporting accuracy, and KPI tracking
  • Champion a culture of accountability, testing, learning, and continuous improvement

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class work
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on ownership, collaboration, and accountability
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects
  • Support team development through coaching, feedback, and capability building
  • Maintain high standards of quality, precision, and operational excellence

Commercial & Business Growth

  • Support commercial discussions including scopes, resource planning, and fee management
  • Contribute to new business opportunities and agency pitches
  • Build strong relationships with media partners and key industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate across regional and local teams to unlock integrated solutions for clients

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data, or related fields
  • 6–8+ years of experience in media agencies, integrated communications, digital marketing, or performance marketing
  • Strong exposure to performance-led campaigns, digital media ecosystems, and data-driven planning
  • Experience managing demanding clients and complex workstreams
  • Familiarity with analytics, reporting frameworks, and campaign optimization methodologies
  • Experience working on regional or global brands is highly desirable
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
