Job Responsibilities / Phm vi cng vic

HR Operations

  • Lead initiatives to enhance HR operational processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, group principles and best practices including Disciplinary, Termination Management, Contract Management, Performance Management, Leave management, Annual Operating Manual, Legal Documents (Work rule, Collective Labor Agreement), Labor Management (Work permit, Regulatory documents, Relocation services)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement in HR operations.
  • Ensure the whole HR processes across employee life cycle are completed properly following HR policies & guidelines
  • Work with HR Data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members on operational and policy-related matters.
  • Work with HR tech team to ensure that HR systems and tools are effectively utilized to support HR operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations and policies

HR Shared Services (HRSS)

  • Responsible for the excellent services provided by HRSS
  • Work with HR Technology team to develop new tools/ solutions to enhance HRSS productivity.
  • Monitor HR service delivery provided by HRSS aligned with Prudential standard and Employee experience.

Vendor Performance Management

  • Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with vendors providing services to HR.
  • Together with respective process owner to meet with suitable vendors to assess their products/ services, inquire about their products/ services, and raise any product or service-related concerns.
  • Continually monitor vendor performance and find the ways to improve.
  • Together with respective process owner to establish standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.

Job Accountability / Trch nhim chnh

  • Accountable for the design of framework and guideline to ensure the HR operations comply with regulations and PVA compliance
  • Be accountable for the effective HR service delivery across employee lifecycle to bring the best experience to employees.

Qualifications / Bng cp

  • University degree
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR Management /HR Operations/ HR Services

Knowledge and skill / Kin thc v k nng

  • Vietnam labor law
  • Experience in HR Services Management
  • Effective communication/ Negotiation skill
  • Well-organized and logical thinking
  • Process-driven and operation management
  • Fluent English.
