- Own and manage online channel sales/sell-in target and performance for the Key Vietnam marketplaces & Retail.
- Drive P&L accountability and continuous optimization, assisting with the accounting team.
- Lead the ongoing sales reviews and online.
- Provide analytic reports of online sales with the proposed lead-time for business review & monitoring.
- Manage a budget of marketing and trade activities that lead to traffic and conversion on online stores.
- Lead and develop the E-Commerce team, setting goals and providing coaching and guidance so that the team can smoothly execute daily activities on the e-commerce platforms.
- Establish and grow relationships and implement joint online business planning with partners.
- Develop yearly and quarterly strategic sales plans for brands by working with related departments.
- Cooperate with the Marketing & Digital team to develop affiliate marketing programs via Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the Sales Demand Planning team to provide sales demand plan & forecast accuracy.
- Develop and maintain an effective planning process with partner teams.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers at a senior level to ensure a focused and productive alliance.
- Develop tactical plans and activities with partnering marketplaces that will result in the successful achievement of sales targets.
- Be aware of competitors online channel activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to create and capitalize on opportunities.
- Identify emerging E-commerce trends and technologies to stay competitive in the market.
- Staying up to date on software or data and online trends to grow the E-commerce Team function.
Requirements Position:
- Education level: Bachelor's degree of Economic, Business Administration, or related
- Year of Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada/ Tiki/ Shopee, TikTok), with E-commerce enablers, or with a brand or distributor.
- Digital marketing experience and keen interest in it.
- In-depth understanding of web design and web analytics software
- Consistent track record of leading and growing a significant e-commerce/ digital business
- Deep understanding of the digital and e-commerce market dynamics and players in Vietnam and Asia for trend setting & application.
- Experience in building online traffic campaigns, SEO, SEM, digital marketing to conversion and online development CRM programs
- Deep understanding of social commerce, mobile, and emerging digital technologies
- Highly analytical and built prior digital strategies based on fact-based and robust analytics
- Good communication and presentation skills.
